Gua sha is a precious ally to preserve and improve the quality of your skin for healthy and radiant skin. These have several advantages such as:

• activation of blood circulation
• Lymphatic drainage (evacuation of toxins)
• Reduction of puffiness and inflammation
• Tension relief

It is preferable to combine the use of a good serum/oil in order to promote good gliding on your skin in addition to benefiting from the good treatment active ingredients. 

On well-cleansed skin, apply your serum/oil before starting to use the roller and gua sha.

To promote good lymphatic drainage, start in the middle of the face and roll outward from the face toward the cheeks.
Subsequently, raise the eyebrows towards the top of the forehead and then roll down from the lower lip.
