Is there a minimum and maximum limit for using Sublime points?
The discount allows for a minimum deduction of 1,000 points to receive a $10 discount, and up to a maximum of 4,000 points to receive a $40 discount per purchase.
Usage restrictions
Sublime points can be used throughout our online store. Only one coupon can be used per purchase, and the minimum purchase amount to apply your points is $75.
Can I use more than one discount code per purchase?
No, promotional codes received as part of the rewards program cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Only one code can be used per transaction.
If I cancel or return my purchases, can the discount code obtained through the rewards program be reused?
Unfortunately, promotional coupons received as part of our rewards program are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and for one-time use only. Sublime points are generated automatically by the rewards program. They are not considered a payment method, but rather as a one-time benefit.
