Exfoliant: Exfoliant is done 1 to 2 times a week after cleansing (ideally in the evening).

Mask: The mask is done 1 to 2 times a week, preferably after cleaning and exfoliating your skin.

Retinol: Retinol is applied 2 to 3 nights per week. It is advisable to gradually introduce the retinol active ingredient into your routine. In addition, it is mandatory to apply sun protection every day when using it.

The answer is no, you just have to listen to yourself and establish a routine that suits you according to your daily life. Some people prefer a complete routine with several steps, while others prefer a simpler routine. The important thing is to offer your skin the essentials of a beauty routine in order to preserve its vital youth.

The essentials of a beauty routine are using a cleanser morning and night, an exfoliator 1-2 times a week, and a moisturizer morning and night. In addition, we recommend using a day cream with SPF protection for the day. Then, you can integrate a serum, an eye contour, a mask, and a retinol to complete your routine.

During your sleep and throughout the day, your skin accumulates impurities, pollution, excess sebum and dead cells. These elements can act as a barrier for your skin. By cleansing your face, you ensure that your pores are not clogged and that imperfections such as blackheads and pimples are not accentuated. It is essential to apply a day cream with SPF (Sun Protection Factor) for several reasons:

It is essential to apply a night cream to restore hydration and allow our skin to recover from the day. At night, the skin regenerates, this is the time when our skin is most receptive to skin absorption. Because it recovers from all external aggressions suffered during the day, such as cold, heat, temperature variations, wind, UV rays and pollution (free radicals), it needs 'a night cream richer and more concentrated in active ingredients to allow the dermis to repair itself. This is why it is essential to always apply a night cream!

The mask step in the beauty routine is essential to deeply nourish your skin with essential active ingredients to treat various facial imperfections such as acne, redness, blackheads, dull complexion, lack of hydration and radiance, excess sebum, enlarged pores, etc. It is a key element to preserve the youthfulness of your skin and revive the radiance of your face.

We recommend incorporating this ritual by making a mask 1 to 2 times a week.

Exfoliation is an essential step, it contributes to the natural cell renewal of the skin by eliminating part of the layer of dead cells.
