The number of sessions depends on several factors such as the patient's lifestyle, at-home routine, and the concern being treated. On average, 3 to 4 sessions are required to achieve results. Sessions are typically spaced 4 weeks apart.

The session is very comfortable. Ultra offers a treatment that is both gentle and powerful thanks to its non-ablative 1927nm wavelength. During the treatment, patients feel a slight warmth.

Minimal to no downtime: Ultra allows for effective resurfacing with a quick recovery, enabling you to resume your daily routine quickly. Patients may feel a slight warmth on the skin. After your session, you may notice mild redness, which typically fades within one to two days, leaving your skin revitalized and glowing.

Some contraindications do not allow you to proceed with Ultra treatment, which is why we analyze your medical file during the consultation. Here are some of the main contraindications.

• Autoimmune disease (cancer or others)
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Photosensitizing or antibiotic medication
• Acutane treatment in the last 6 months
• Cardiac simulator or internal defibrillator
• Internal metal plate on the treatment area
• Eczema or dermatitis in the area to be treated

Before treatment

• No exposure to the sun, tanning beds and self-tanning cream for 4 weeks before treatment
• No photosensitizing product on the area to be treated

After treatment

• Gently clean the treated area twice a day with water and mild soap
• Moisturize the area twice a day with the appropriate ointment
• Avoid all exposure to the sun between treatments
• Avoid any sport during the healing period
• Do not rub or scratch the treated area
• No swimming pool, spa, sauna during the healing period
