RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If a product is defective or damaged, we will be happy to exchange it within 7 business days from the date of receipt. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns if the product has been opened or used. We do not offer refunds or price adjustments on our products and accessories. If a problem arises, you can always contact us via email, Facebook, or Instagram with your order number.
RETURNS & SHIPPING FEES:
We will be happy to proceed with an exchange or refund for unopened, undamaged, and unused products. However, shipping fees for the original shipment are non-refundable and non-creditable. We do not provide prepaid return labels for product returns; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for the return package; it must be returned within 10 days of purchase and be intact.

ALLERGIC REACTION:
