Our Triton Laser device by Inmode is one of the most effective technologies on the market in terms of photoepilation. How many sessions will I need and session intervals?

Results can appear from the first sessions and a reduction in hair growth is noticed. It takes on average 6 to 9 sessions to notice hair removal of up to 85 to 95%. The number of sessions depends on several factors such as attendance at appointments, the condition of the hair and follow-up of recommendations, etc. Appointments are spaced approximately 6 weeks apart.

Is it painful?

Triton laser technology is very comfortable thanks to its superior cooling technology. The principle consists of first cooling the skin tissues so that they do not feel the heat sent into the skin. This principle makes the technique super comfortable compared to old technologies on the market.

Does the laser treat all hair types and skin types?

The laser treats several types of hair ranging from light and brown hair to darker hair. It still remains that the laser is less effective on red hairs and it does not treat white hairs because the laser requires a minimum of pigment in order to be effective.

Triton can treat all skin types, even dark to black skin (I to VI).

What are the contraindications?

Certain contraindications do not allow laser hair removal to be carried out, which is why we analyze your medical file during your first appointment. Here are some main contraindications.

Autoimmune disease (cancer or others).

Pregnancy.

Photosensitizing or antibiotic medication.

Acutane treatment in the last 6 months.

Cardiac simulator or internal defibrillator.

Internal metal plate on the treatment area.

Sun exposure within 3 weeks before the appointment.

What are the recommendations before and after treatment?

Before treatment

No sun exposure, tanning beds and self-tanning cream for 4 weeks before treatment.

Do not use wax, tweezers or depilatory cream.

Shave the treated area 24 hours before treatment maximum.

After treatment

Local redness and/or swelling may occur. Everything should return to normal within a few hours or days. If necessary, apply cold water compresses to soothe.

No sun exposure or tanning bed 4 weeks following treatment.

Discomfort and/or sensitivity may be felt when touched.

Avoid taking hot baths, saunas or spas for 24 hours following each treatment.

Do not exercise to the point of sweating, as itching or hyperpigmentation may occur.
Apply sunscreen to the treated areas throughout the treatment period.
