- Shake well before serving
- Distribute ¼ to ½ teaspoon to start
- Warm your hands
- Apply generously and evenly to cleansed face, neck and chest, 15 minutes before sun exposure.
- Allow skin to absorb SPF moisturizer before adding more
- Add gradually for more coverage
- Reapply at least every 2 hours
- Use water-resistant sunscreen if you swim or sweat
